How did Xian Sheng receive the Prayer to pray to the
Creator?
先生如何得到拜天公的经文？
On 4th October 1976, Xian Sheng
received this Holy Prayer while he was meditating at home in the early morning hours (around 3.30 am). His soul left his body and
he found himself in an open place where he came upon a huge stone slab, measuring
approximately 11 feet in height and 25 feet in length. It was devoid of any
inscription. Subsequently, large Chinese characters slowly began to appear one
by one on the stone slab and the Chinese characters were inscribed in 9 rows.
Xian Sheng who was not Chinese literate as he
was totally educated in the English medium asked (in English): “God, what is this all about? I cannot
understand Chinese”. The “voice” or strong consciousness replied in
Cantonese: “Gradually you will understand”. Then the “voice” slowly recited the
whole Prayer and it was retained in Xian Sheng’s mind.
When he awoke from his meditation, Xian Sheng could vividly remember the whole
Prayer. Thereafter, he sought the assistance of a few Chinese educated
colleagues to pen down the Prayer. Through several explanations and amendments,
the wordings of the Prayer were finally corrected and deemed perfect.
先生于1976年10月4日（星期一）大约凌晨三时半在其住家打坐时“接收”到拜天公的经文。当时先生的灵魂自然离体，到一个空旷的地方去。在那里，先生看见一幅大约二十五尺长，十一尺高的雪白巨大石壁。接着，巨型的中文字体便开始一个个连续地出现在石壁上，排成九行。
由于受英文教育的先生不谙中文，于是便以电波并以英语问道：
“GOD,What is this all about? I cannot understand Chinese !”
(主，这些是什么意思？我不懂得中文！)
一种强而震荡的声音以粤语回答先生：“慢慢你就会明白”。然后那声音便逐字逐行地给先生念出。于当天早上起床后，先生仍然非常清楚地记得。很明显的，拜天公的经文已经深刻地记忆在先生的脑海里了。过后，先生请他的一些受中文教育的同事和朋友把它记下，经过先生一再的解释以及更正，拜天公的经文终于正确无误地留传至今。

With the revelation of the Prayer, does it mean that
Tiangong had desired us to pray to HIM?
拜天公经文的出现，是否意味着是天公要我们拜天公呢？
The Prayer, as revealed
through Xian Sheng; indicated God’s sense of fairness to mankind
but it does not mean that Tiangong wanted us to pray to HIM. It serves as a
reminder in particular to the Chinese community to realize that God exists and
so are the dimensions of Heaven and Hell and existence of the Soul.
Thus, we must realize that Tiangong is above all and more than that. Tiangong does not require mankind to pray to HIM. The Almighty if so wished could instantly make all mankind to pray to Him by merely bestowing upon
everyone a consciousness to do so.
天公是万物的创造者（主）、是万能以及超越一切的。如果万能的创造者“天公”要人类拜天公，只需给人类一个要拜主的感觉，地球上的人类就会自动跪拜天公了。天公让先生将一首中文的拜天公经文带到人间来，是显示了天公的度量与公平。因为，从此以后，华族再也没有藉口说不知道有灵魂、有天堂、有地狱以及有天公的存在了。

Can the Baitiangong Prayer be translated into
other languages for purposes of praying as such (translated version)?
拜天公的经文可以翻译成其它语文用于拜天公吗？
To translate the
Prayer into other languages for purposes of understanding is indeed encouraged.
However, the translated version should not be used for praying as the meaning
and appeal of the Prayer may be distorted, misunderstood or lose its
purpose. However, for those who are not
Chinese educated, they may recite the Prayer using Hanyu Pinyin.
拜天公的经文绝不可翻译成任何的语文当成经文来拜天公。因为这将乖离经文原来的含义甚至失去其作用。不谙中文者一律以汉语拼音使用拜天公的经文。
* 如果翻译的用意是为了让他人了解经文的含义，那当然可以。

recited in any Chinese dialect?
我们可以用“方言”念拜天公的经文吗？
It is permissible,
as the significance of the Prayer is not altered.

facilitate us to meditate during the pre-revelation of the Baitiangong Prayer?
没有拜天公的经文之前，先生如何让众人打坐？
Prior to Xian Sheng receiving
the prayer to Pray to Tiangong, Xian Sheng had used two other Prayers to Pray
to the Creator to allow us to meditate.
