Therefore, morale and motivation go hand in hand for us to be successful in all our undertakings; whether to be united in our quest to preach, in work or maintaining harmony in the family.

• Although we cannot escape from the fact that work takes a large portion of our time, we must still allocate a day or two to fulfil our spiritual responsibilities.

• We can study Xian Sheng’s talks from video recordings and ask him questions until we achieve one hundred percent understanding of his teachings. Baitiangong is a movement of questions and answers; where we can ask questions and obtain answers.

• Baitiangong is about “Change”; if we do not ask questions, we will not develop a better understanding and we will not change.

• Baitiangong is the avenue where we demonstrate our love for others by saving their souls. Love is sharing with our friends how to pray to The CREATOR. If we have love for others, we will get GOD’s love in return.

• We should take every opportunity to preach Baitiangong to anyone we meet in a non-aggressive manner and with humility.

• We control how we spend our own time. If we want to go to Xian Sheng’s home after office hours to discuss with the brothers and sisters there, the only thing stopping us is our willingness. If we are willing to, then everything becomes possible. If we are not willing to, then everything becomes impossible.

• Ultimately, the responsibility of a Baitiangong brother or sister to attend spiritual discussion or meditation on Sunday lies with himself or herself.

Summary of Xian Sheng’s talk in cantonese on 25/11/1994 

The English versions are summaries of his sentences as direct translations would be difficult to understand. As such, we may inadvertently introduce our own interpretation that may not reflect Xian Sheng’s actual words. We also engaged the assistance of many brothers and sisters to assist us in preparing this anniversary booklet. As a result, this booklet reflects the many writing styles and interpretation of the authors. Although we held many discussions to identify and correct any misinterpretation and grammatical errors, there is bound to be some disagreement over them. As such we welcome any constructive comments, feedbacks and suggestions.

Xian Sheng felt that the united effort by some of the brothers and sisters who attended the past spiritual retreats (an event where brothers and sisters hiked up a hill and fasted continuously for 72 hours without food and water) is not sufficient in implementing activities. During Jesus’ time, they did not organise spiritual retreats like us. By comparison, Jesus’ disciples did not have the opportunity to experience miracles like the soul leaving the body to go to Heaven and Hell and spiritual meditation. We are the most fortunate among all the religions to have witnessed all these miracles.

If brothers and sisters who attended the spiritual retreats did not practise humility and act harmoniously when dealing with their fellow brothers and sisters, it is an unfortunate waste of effort. If people outside Baitiangong saw us speaking badly of each other or look down on others because of their position in society or because they are poor, they would say that we are hopeless. What are we going to do to solve this perception problem? We should follow the examples set by Xian Sheng. Xian Sheng treated everyone equally regardless of his or her position in society, rich or poor. We should mingle with, talk to and discuss with everyone and not choose our friends.

As brothers and sisters, it is even more important that we are not selective, but that we mutually love each other and help each other. We will be united to preach as we have teamwork and esprit de corps. Those who attended the spiritual retreats should know the importance of the soul and think of ways to preach to others to save their souls. When we preach, we may encounter situations where people would ridicule us. They may even knowingly or unknowingly spread false rumours about what other brothers and sisters say about us. If we practise humility and forgiveness, we will just shrug them off. Otherwise, we would get irritated and confront the follower to attempt to slap them.

How are we going to preach with that kind of attitude? If we do not practise forgiveness and be united, we will not be able to preach. The most important issue is to preach so that others will pray to The CREATOR to save their souls. Those who attended the spiritual retreats should be more aware of this importance.

Brothers and sisters who attended the spiritual retreats, whether once, twice, or three times, are very fortunate indeed, as Xian Sheng will not plan for future spiritual retreats as he deems that it is no longer necessary. However, they have a greater role to be united to organise activities. Using the current spiritual discussion as an example, Xian Sheng said that they should get involved in organising the event. We should not place the responsibility solely on either Baixian personnel or certain brothers or sisters. We should not say that we refuse to cooperate with some brothers or sisters.

However, if we want to improve and progress in our organisational skills, the committee should be open to criticism. Those who attended the spiritual retreats should be more open to criticism. People will always be critical of us in whatever we do. If those who attended the spiritual retreats are able to handle criticism, they will progress faster and farther than everyone else. Otherwise, they will be stagnant and will not progress further.

Morale and motivation are important qualities. Xian Sheng defined morale as the determination to do something. Xian Sheng gave the example of a Russian, Nicholas Notovich who had the morale and motivation to seek more information about Jesus as recorded by the Tibetan monks. As the Soviet Union formerly occupied Tibet, he was hesitant to request for information. However, because of a fortunate accident, maybe a subconscious manifestation of his strong morale, he fell down from his horse and broke his leg. This accident allowed him to gather the information he desired about Christianity.

We have to know where our morale and motivation lies. We need to have morale to have harmony. A person without morale is a negative person. A person with morale is an optimistic person as nothing will be impossible. However, we need a united effort from everyone to preach with one message and one voice with the same love for Baitiangong. We need to have the same line of thought, as we do not want any contradiction or indecisive answer from another brother or sister during preaching.

To preach successfully, we need to be an optimistic person. A motivated follower would look for information to preach. We need to acquire knowledge and understanding.

Xian Sheng requested those who attended the spiritual retreats to truthfully tell him whether they read the eighteenth anniversary booklet at least three times. Xian Sheng himself read this anniversary booklet three times and used a dictionary to help him understand the contents. Without reading it several times, we would not be able to comprehend and understand its contents to help us to preach.

Xian Sheng requested from us, particularly those who attended the spiritual retreats, to read all the anniversary booklet starting from the seventh anniversary until the latest, several times, to hopefully be able to understand Xian Sheng 2% to a maximum of 3%. Xian Sheng requested us to read all the anniversary booklets and memorise its contents. In the event a non-Baitiangong person who read the booklet and questioned us, we will know which booklet they are referring to and answer accordingly. There was once an embarrassing moment when a non-Baitiangong person related back to Xian Sheng that a follower who lent him an anniversary booklet was unaware of its contents.

It is very important that we read all the anniversary booklets and look through as many old photos as possible so that we know Xian Sheng’s and Baitiangong’s history. We need to be well versed in Baitiangong by reading through every anniversary booklet several times and memorising the details for us to preach Baitiangong successfully. Xian Sheng had to memorise the anniversary booklets just like us. As an example, Xian Sheng told us that he had to read the Hindu caste system several times to memorise it before he can explain it to us.

With reference to a religion that states that The CREATOR manifests as a baby and sits on a lotus flower, this is not logical, but we need to have knowledge of their religion to reason with them and preach to them. We have to point out to the Christians the comparisons between their Bible and the scrolls written by the Buddhist monks. The scrolls written by the Buddhist monks are more accurate as they were written around the date of the demise of Jesus as compared to the Gospels that were written seventy, ninety and one hundred years after Jesus’ demise. The Bible is full of miraculous events resulting from addition and subtraction by various authors as well as inaccurate information passed down over the generations. If we have read Nicholas Notovich’s book, we can quote that he compiled his information from the Tibetan temple. We have to look for information from the anniversary booklets and other books so that we have the knowledge to preach.

People who lack the subtle art of diplomacy, which includes humility, would find themselves unable to motivate others. Xian Sheng referred to two Baitiangong followers who were former Baixian employees that left the movement because they were always arguing. Xian Sheng stressed that those who attended the spiritual retreats should practise more humility when talking to brothers and sisters as slight irritability from them may anger others. Although they have their personal issues, they should not put the blame on others or scold others, as they would not be able to preach successfully. Brothers and sisters who attended the spiritual retreats should project a good image by speaking with humility and acting harmoniously.

Xian Sheng would like to know their morale and motivation after the spiritual retreats as some promised to do their best to preach Baitiangong. However, they are giving all sorts of excuses now such as busy with their business, meetings or work. Although we cannot escape from the fact that work takes a large portion of our time, we must still allocate a day or two to fulfil our spiritual responsibilities.

Those who attended the spiritual retreats have to develop a better understanding of Baitiangong by reading and memorising all the anniversary booklets and listening to the recordings of Xian Sheng’s talks. Xian Sheng mentioned an example of a talk he gave at our Holy Hall in Kampung Kuyow, which he referred from a book “Many Lives Many Masters” written by Dr. Brian Weiss. The statements given by the master spirits as recorded in the book are all wrong and Xian Sheng had given his reasons. However, we would not be able to remember them if we do not have this video recording of his talk.

Xian Sheng would eventually be highlighting every wrong statement made by Jesus for us. He reminded us of a quotation in Chinese he made which states that Xian Sheng can never be wrong in spiritual matters.  If we think that Xian Sheng is wrong, then we are in the wrong (We have to remember that Xian Sheng is a disciple of The CREATOR, and he is privy to truths and facts beyond everyone’s scope. What we think as truth or factual, is based on what we were told or learned, using the limited and probably inaccurate information provided or available to us). Jesus stated that GOD is all good and can never be bad and whosoever says that GOD is bad would have committed a sin. Xian Sheng explained that Jesus is wrong, as he had not given a complete version, as GOD is good, bad and all and more than that. It is therefore, of utmost important that we earn GOD’s love and not GOD’s ire. GOD’s ire far surpasses the ire of man. That is why Heaven and Hell exist. We have to look at the facts and speak the truth. If GOD were all good, then those who failed in their business, relationship, education or loses their limbs in accidents would not have to suffer mental health until they commit suicide.

There is a saying that even a wise man makes mistake. People call Confucius a wise man, but Confucius made a mistake when he told people to pray to their ancestors. Xian Sheng’s knowledge exceeds those of wise men, as he is a “Disciple of GOD and the Deliverer of All Unclean Spirits”. That is why Xian Sheng dares to speak out, as he can never be wrong in spiritual matters.

If Xian Sheng wants to announce that GOD is love, he must also announce that GOD is hate as well, as he must give us the complete version. That is why we must have morale and is motivated to earn GOD’s love. We must be an optimistic person and seek to develop a better understanding of Baitiangong. We must take a proactive stand and not just sit around hoping to learn a thing or two from Xian Sheng.

We can study Xian Sheng’s talks from video recordings and ask him questions until we achieve one hundred percent understanding of his teachings. Xian Sheng believed that anything is possible as long as we have morale, motivation and remains optimistic. The word “impossible” is for individuals with pessimistic attitude.

To a question on the purpose of attending the spiritual retreats, Xian Sheng explained that it is to develop a better understanding. Firstly, to develop a better understanding of being a Saint, Xian Sheng requested the participants to leave behind all their worldly possessions and concerns, including forgetting about relationships, before embarking on the three-day fasting up at the selected hill. Fasting is considered food for Saints as they do not need to eat and drink. Upon completion of the three-day spiritual retreat, the brothers and sisters should behave more Saint-like.

Secondly, to develop a better understanding of the soul, Xian Sheng requested the participants to treat each other as brothers and sisters and leave behind the earthly ties between parents and their children and among siblings. When we treat each other as brothers and sisters, we would understand that all of us are essentially a soul that inhabits our body while on Earth. Upon returning from spiritual retreat, they should see the importance of saving the soul and not the body.

They should note down their own experiences along with the knowledge and understanding they obtained. They should know the purpose of their spiritual retreat. Using the information, they should organise discussions and debates without involving Xian Sheng as they should have a better understanding of Baitiangong as their consciousness should have improved. There is still time to organise and share with other brothers and sisters who come on Friday spiritual discussions.

They should preach to everyone they meet regardless whether others are interested to listen or not. The long-term or frequent exposure to Baitiangong teachings will help as others may eventually come across our obsequies one of these days and after witnessing it; realised that Baitiangong is the right way. Xian Sheng gave an example of the daughter of a Baitiangong follower that admitted that Baitiangong is the right way after she observed her mother’s obsequies.

Ultimately, the responsibility of a Baitiangong brother or sister to attend spiritual discussion or meditation on Sunday lies with himself or herself. They cannot use the excuse that they already understand everything about Baitiangong. Nobody can learn everything about Baitiangong in his or her lifetime. Furthermore, we would also need to know about Christianity and Hinduism as these form part of the knowledge of Baitiangong.

拜天公是最幸运的

先生觉得那些上山*的兄弟姐妹应该比没上山的更加了解拜天公。另外他们统一推动拜天公也不是很够。在耶稣的时期，他们都没上山，也没有禁饮禁食。相比之下，他的徒弟也没有见过奇迹。我们还有机会实感到天堂、地狱、奇迹和有特别的打坐，为此,在这个时代我们拜天公是很幸运的。跟其他的宗教来相比，我们最幸运的可以拜宇宙万物的创造者。

可惜就是我们对待拜天公的兄弟姐妹，自己本身有否谦虚及看得开？这要反问自己，如果没有那是很可惜，上过山都浪费。那些上过山的兄弟姐妹应该要做个谦虚的人。

有一个地方，那些人不知道什么是吵架，每个人都欢天喜地的。说回我们在人间会吃醋、会杀人。而在那地方没这回事，人与人之间、邻居对邻居、亲戚朋友个个都是笑嘻嘻的。

一视同仁

外国人看到他们会说好厉害！如果他们来到我们拜天公这里，我们一个贬毁一个。这样的贬毁自己拜天公的人、看不起人、分身份地位、看富人或穷人，这样怎么办？先生做一个榜样让我们学习，有钱没钱他都不理、不选人、每个都去参与、去交谈、去讨论，全部一视同仁。

在拜天公里彼此都是兄弟姐妹，别说是朋友，我们更加别选人做兄弟姐妹，每个都一样互相爱护、互相帮助，这样我们才能统一到有决心去宣传拜天公。那些上过山的兄弟姐妹应该知道，最重要的是灵魂，要怎样去救灵魂，这才重要。宣传时我们不能小气，有些人会批评、挑拨又或者他们说错话、低毁你，如果我们是谦虚的人，我们会说任由他低毁吧！如果我们不是谦虚的人，我们会说他这么大胆低毁我，叫他出来盖他两巴掌。可悲！这样我们怎么去宣传？

如果我们不看开、不统一去宣传，是宣传不到的。重要是宣传救人的灵魂，希望他接受拜天公，他的灵魂能得救，这才是最重要。

有些人上山一次、两次或三次，现在他们想上山都没有机会了，因为先生说现在不用上山了！所以那些曾经有机会上过山的人都不知道自己有多幸运。他们下山后，应该更加要统一合作去办事。就如这个讨论会来说，其实每个人都要有份去做，不能说只有佰仙的人去做，不能说这个人做我不要插手，那个人做我不要插手。

有批评就有进步

要进步来说，无论做什么都好、组织都好，都会有人批评。如果我们能够接受他人的批评，我们会更加进步，进步神速；相对的，如果我们不接受他人的批评，就不会进步。

士气和推动力

什么是士气和推动力？士气是一个人有决心去做一件事。刚才先生读到这个Nicholas Notovich（苏联人），先生解释这个人有士气和推动力，为了他有这个士气，他想知道，反而无心和不好意思去问，搞到要离开那个地方时，他从马身上自动跌下来。为了可能他有士气，他去那里都有目的要知道那件事情，但是他不好意思，为什么？为了他是苏联人，这个地方的喇嘛，都是被苏联管过，苏联要管理喇嘛，中国又要管理，导致那个时期很乱。

你看，这个 Nicholas Notovich 有这样的士气，他坐着马离开都跌下来，跌断脚，他返回去那个地方，让他拾到关于耶稣的资料，使他更加了解关于基督教，为了他的士气和推动力很强。我们要问自己，我们的士气和推动力在哪里？我们必须和气，也要有士气。

如果我们没士气，就是“悲观”的人；如果我们有士气，就是“乐观”的人。其实没什么事情是不行的，我们要团结起来，一班人，一起做、一个声音，一个话、一个爱，一个想法去宣传。

不要在宣传时，你说这样而他说那样，或者支开话题说第二样，你跟他一起去宣传，你问他“是不是啊！”，他回答说“好像是”。其实当我们说“好像”，它的定义就不是了。或者是他的记忆力不好，如是记忆力好的话，他会说“是！是这样的事！”结果就不同了。

如果我们要了解先生，就要阅读全部拜天公的纪念册。每一本至少读几遍，这样可能才了解先生两或三巴仙。

一个不是拜天公的人，他读了拜天公的纪念册，他告诉我们有关书中的内容。我们却反问他第几周年，哪里读到？那不是很矛盾，我们是拜天公的人竟然不知道。

那个人告诉先生说李兄弟借纪念册给他，他读后回来向李兄说拜天公很对啊！李兄弟竟然回答说“是吗？”。你看有没有搞错，那不是很矛盾吗？

所以说，阅读全部拜天公的纪念册是很重要的。连纪念册里的照片也要看，当别人问起时才知道怎样解释。

重要的是我们要有智慧。以智慧拜天公是说阅读全部的纪念册，且要熟读几遍以及熟背它，这样才容易向他人解释拜天公。先生本身也熟背拜天公的周年纪念册和其它资料，如印度社会等级制度，他也是背了好几次后才向我们解释。

我们向其他宗教的人宣传时，不止要知道拜天公的资料，也要知道对方的资料。如基督教和佛教都有撰写基督教的资料，不过，佛教写的比较正确，因为耶稣死后那个时期，佛教他们是立即撰写的，而基督教所写的是在耶稣去世了七十年，九十年或一百年后才撰写的。

文雅、谦虚和慷慨的态度

也许我们的交际手腕不够圆滑，没有温柔的处事之道。要做到有推动力，我们一定要有文雅、谦虚和慷慨的态度。

我们与人说话要客气，尤其是那些上过山的兄弟姐妹，更加要做个谦虚的人。有时说错话，别人就抓住我们的错处，我们就生气，这样我们怎么去宣传。或许我们有自己的苦衷，不过，不能拿这些苦衷来欺压或骂人，这样才能宣传拜天公和做个好榜样。
士气和推动力必须同时进行

那些上过山的兄弟姐妹更加要做个好榜样，说话要和气，这个很重要。如果我们做人没有和气，怎样去宣传？如果我们有士气和推动力，想要得到的东西一定能得到，相反的如果我们没士气，想来想去都得不到。不过有士气而没有推动力，也一样得不到。因此我们必须要有士气和推动力。

深一层了解拜天公

现在先生说耶稣错了，他说短了。耶稣是好，都是憎恨，超越一切。重要的是，我们要得到主的爱，别得到主的憎恨。如果人很凶恶，主的凶恶更胜于人以及超越一切，所以有天堂和地狱的存在。因此，有些人天生残缺，出生好端端的，突然间到一个年龄发生意外，整个人呆了、手脚断了；有些人好好的成长读书，长大后追女朋友失败或做生意受到刺激，突然间变傻了！

拜天公是一个辩驳；拜天公是一个改

推动我们的爱

上山的目的

上山的目的是什么？上山是给他们更深一层去了解拜主，要忘记全部人间所有的一切，72小时禁饮禁食成为仙，仙是不需要吃的。“不吃”是仙的食物；“吃”就是人的食物。我们没听过吗？“你成仙了吗？不用吃”。他们是暂时上山要成为仙，这样下了山还更加要成仙！

超凡的感觉

人与人各自的感觉合起来就是超凡的感觉，发出去就是“天公的感觉”，天公的感觉发出来就是先生的感觉，先生传达出去变了我们个人的感觉，各人的感觉合起来是超凡感觉，亦是天公的感觉。

星期五晚上有多少个人来讨论？我们有鼓励及找他们来吗？如果没有，还未迟，因为我们的生命还在自己的手上（我们还活着，还有机会）。

我们更加要多出去宣传，不管他听不听，都照讲，讲了就算，迟早有一天，有机会看到拜天公的白事，会说拜天公是对的。曾经有位姐妹，一直以来跟随妈妈拜天公，都没有说要按拜天公香炉牌。在她妈妈的白事，她认为拜天公是对的、白事是对的，她要接受拜天公，按拜天公香炉牌。或许是她母亲多次向她提及拜天公所致，如今她丈夫没拜，她都要接受拜天公。反而有些人按了香炉，被丈夫威胁说如要拜天公的话就脱离家庭或逼她拿走香炉。她竟然服从把香炉拿走，就这样家里没有香炉了。

另一件真事，有位姐妹的丈夫在世时有个香炉，当丈夫去世后，女儿搬进来和她一起住，却按了偶像。她说没办法，因为女婿是拜偶像的，不给他拜，就不要搬来与她一起住。不过，她又说她还是拜天公的，你看那不是很矛盾吗？一个为了怕丈夫翻脸，拿走香炉；另一个是以前按香炉时丈夫赞成，但为了丈夫做生意失败，就放弃拜天公，还找借口说儿子结婚时，先生在澳洲没来喝喜酒，因此对拜天公反感。这就是人的矛盾！

推动本身，让自己有机会了解拜主

先生所说的是事实，不是事实先生不说。有一天先生约了一位拜天公人来打麻将，她赴约。然后又叫她来参与拜天公的讨论，她却回答说可能会过来，最终还是没有来。难道她喜欢跟先生打麻将，多过喜欢来讨论？如果打麻将你来，讨论你也来，先生说你“赞”！

自问决心和士气在哪里？有没有推动本身及给自己有机会了解拜主？白天不能来参与讨论会，可以安排在晚上来与兄弟姐妹聊天。其实什么事都是可以安排的，看要不要而已，一切是看我们怎么去安排，时间是不成问题的。另外，我们不要推卸责任，说长老没通知、没人让他知道，所以他没有来。

FIVE REALISATIONS 五个实感

INTRODUCTION TO “THE FIVE REALISATIONS”

As we grow older and attain a certain level of maturity in life, we may start to ponder and ask the following question, “What is the purpose of life?” If we reexamine and seek to understand the phrase Xian Sheng constantly reminds us, “We live to go through an examination in life and we die to live”, we will realise that it holds a deep and profound meaning. So let us explain the purpose of life from Baitiangong’s perspective using “The Five Realisations”.

The phrase, “We live to go through an examination in life and we die to live” seems to be a contradiction, as you cannot possibly live if you died. The answer therefore, lies in the spiritual world. If we can accept that we have a soul and our soul lives beyond the clinical death of our body, then the phrase “we die to live” will make sense. The next question will be where the soul lives? Understanding “The Five Realisations” will not only answer that question, but also lead to the ultimate question, “Does GOD exist?”

The Five Realisations are

1) Realisation of Consciousness

2) Realisation of Self

3) Realisation of the existence of the Soul

4) Realisation of the existence of Heaven, Hell and the various dimensions

5) Realisation of the existence of The CREATOR

We have to accept and understand “The Five Realisations”, as it will help us to pass our examination in life and go to Heaven.

REALISATION OF CONSCIOUSNESS

What is Consciousness?

The mind is the centre of consciousness. The mind, body and soul are three separate entities. This means that consciousness is not generated by the brain as proposed by mainstream science. This is why the relationship between the brain and consciousness is still an on-going debate.

Consciousness is generally described as a state of awareness. An awareness of ourselves: our emotions, our feelings and our thoughts. Awareness of our existence: we are a conscious being, we are alive, we are here in this world and in the universe, and that we will eventually die.

What are the types of consciousness?

Internal Consciousness is our personal thoughts, ideas, perception, emotions such as joy, sorrow, love, hate, anger, fear, etc. and bodily feelings such as pain, pleasure, hot, cold, etc.

External Consciousness can be in the form of inspiration, divine guidance, visions, voices or even from other people. We may receive external consciousness when we are fully awake, in our dreams, ESP (Extra Sensory Perception), premonition, meditation and spiritual revelations. 

GOD’s consciousness exists in all matter throughout the universe and in all life forms that dictates how it behaves. We can observe GOD’s consciousness in action in our daily lives, but assign names like laws of nature, laws of physics, laws of thermodynamics, laws of energy conservation, laws of gravity, laws of quantum mechanics, electrostatic laws, etc. GOD’s consciousness ensures that every object from the largest, like suns to the smallest, like atoms behave in an orderly manner suitable for man’s survival on Earth. All of creation follows their predetermined consciousness, but The CREATOR endowed man with freedom of consciousness and therefore, only man has free will.

Total Sum of Consciousness is the sum of all individual consciousness. Every individual has different thoughts, ideas and opinions on a wide range of subjects. Therefore, the total sum of consciousness from all of us is a mixture of all desires of all individuals. For example, Xian Sheng asked us to pray for a ratio of man to women of 1:1.2, as this would be the best balance to preserve harmony. If all of us maintained this consciousness, then our total sum of consciousness would be 1 man to 1.2 women. This total sum of consciousness to The CREATOR would become GOD’s consciousness and if The CREATOR grants it, the resultant effect will be a ratio of 1 man to 1.2 women. If the total sum of consciousness of all individuals were negative, then the resultant GOD’s consciousness to all of us would also be negative. “If you want to do good, GOD will allow you to do more good. If you want to do evil, GOD will allow you to do more evil” – Xian Sheng. This phrase reminds us that we have free will, and we can exercise our analytical mind and logical thinking to reject negative consciousness.

Conscience is the most important type of consciousness that we must realise and acknowledges. Conscience is what separates us from the rest of the animal kingdom and is only bestowed to man as “We live to go through an examination in life and we die to live”. Conscience is normally explained as the inner sense that can distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil. The Chinese proverb, “you are man, devil and saint”, aptly describes man as we have both the good consciousness (saint) and the evil consciousness (devil). Ultimately, our choices will determine how we undergo our examination in life. 

REALISATION OF SELF

A GPS (Global Positioning System) can tell you how to get to your destination, but it needs to know your present location in order to plan the route. Similarly, if we do not realise who, what, when, where, why and how of our Self, we would not know how to plan our life’s path. A poor man may think his life’s path is to earn money while a rich man may think his life’s path is to earn more money. If both the poor and rich man do not realise that they are undergoing an examination in life, the method how they earn the money may lead them on the path to Hell. However, if either the poor man or the rich man knows the who, what, when, where, why and how of their Self, then the path they seek in life may lead them on the path to Heaven.

Who are you?

You are part of GOD’s creation. Darwin’s theory of evolution is not based on exhaustive scientific observations, but merely a theory. Human is not the product of evolution from apes, as the atheist would want us to believe as this would mean that GOD did not create man. In fact, GOD created seven pairs of human with different skin colour: white, black, yellow, brown, red, green and purple. The green and purple skins have become extinct. 

What are you?

We are made up of three separate entities, i.e. mind, body and soul. The mind is external. It receives external consciousness and together with our internal consciousness defines the person that we are. Our body is interlocked with our soul. Our body is made from the five elements: metal, vegetation, liquid, energy and earth while our soul is a form of energy. Our body serves as a vehicle in this world for our soul to undergo our examination in life.

When would you leave “The Vicious Cycle of Reincarnation”?

The majority of us are trapped in the endless and vicious cycle of reincarnation, as we are unable to pass our examination in life. Our soul probably experienced reincarnation for hundreds or even thousands of times in the past. If we do not spend our time wisely to realise the existence of The CREATOR and pray to The CREATOR, we may not have this opportunity again for a long time and may have to undergo “The Vicious Cycle of Reincarnation” until another opportunity comes again.

Where are you?

Astronomy tells us that we are on planet Earth, which is the third planet from our Sun. Our solar system is located on the Orion Arm of the Milky Way galaxy. Astronomers estimated from 100 to 400 billion stars in the Milky Way. There are intelligent extra-terrestrial beings in our galaxy and throughout the universe that are also undergoing their examination in life. To assume we are the only intelligent life in this universe would be presumptuous and arrogant of us. Some of the more advanced extra-terrestrial beings are searching the universe in their spaceships looking for The CREATOR.

Why do you exist?

We exist because of The CREATOR’s pleasure. The CREATOR endowed us with a mind that possess the highest intelligence in this world and gave us the free will to choose our own path in our life’s examination. We are capable of reasoning beyond scientific data and specific facts to realise that The CREATOR exists, and we have to pray to The CREATOR in order to set our soul on the path to Heaven.

How should you live?

We should live our life according to the Spiritual Guidelines. The CREATOR did not ask us to pray to HIM, but Xian Sheng asked us to pray to The CREATOR in order for our soul to go to Heaven. Praying to The CREATOR is just a passport to Heaven. Xian Sheng gave us the Spiritual Guidelines to help guide us on the path to Heaven. We must also aspire to pray to The CREATOR with our mind, body and soul and become a Baitiangong man who is a “Whole Man”. A “Whole Man” is a political man, an economical man, a social man, a cultural man and a spiritual man.

Equipped with a better knowledge of who, what, when, where, why and how of our Self is only the start of our journey on the path to Heaven. We have to use our analytical mind and logical thinking and seek guidance from our Spiritual Guidelines, as our decisions will determine the path to either Heaven or Hell. “If you want to do good, GOD will allow you to do more good. If you want to do evil, GOD will allow you to do more evil”. Following our good consciousness seems to be the simple and logical choice in life. Unfortunately, the Self is easily tempted by earthly values like power, position, stature, fame and luxurious living; and worldly possessions like wealth, properties, big houses, luxury cars, etc. As we stumble in life to pursue these earthly values, we inadvertently or knowingly succumbed to our negative Self that exhibits fear, selfishness, greed, ego, pride, prejudice, vanity and pessimism. Our fourth Spiritual Guidelines teaches us to develop our positive Self to practise sacrifice, honour, respect, patience, perseverance and trust.

REALISATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUL

“The body is real, but the soul is a reality”

The body is real can be easily understood as we feel pain when our body is hurt, hunger when we have not been eating, exhaustion when we have been physically active and sick when we have not been taking care of our health. Until the time of writing, there are no observable physical symptoms or effects and scientific method to determine that we have a soul. However, there are numerous documented evidences in Near Death Experience (NDE), Out of Body Experience (OOBE), research on reincarnation by Dr. Ian Stevenson on children and past lives regression conducted by Dr. Brian Weiss that argues that we have a soul and that the soul undergoes reincarnation.

The soul is an energy that interlocks with our body as we live to go through our examination in life. When the body is clinically dead, the interlock is severed and the soul will depart for the spiritual planes. A person who commits suicide or wants to seek revenge upon death would have committed a serious sin and would be left to suffer on the Earth plane as a roaming soul. Many people do not know that ghosts are actually roaming souls. However, they will eventually leave, after very long periods of suffering on the Earth plane, to Hell for more sufferings for their sins committed during their life’s examination. 

“The Vicious Cycle of Reincarnation” is a term in Baitiangong that shows how the soul is trapped in a repetitive cycle of birth, physical death, suffering in Hell and rebirth again. The popular belief that the soul undergoes reincarnation to experience life or to improve from previous lives or karma is not true. The soul goes through the reincarnation cycle because it fails to pass its examination in life. Before a soul is reborn again, it will have to suffer punishment in Hell for any sins committed. Sometimes, a soul is reincarnated immediately. Our soul does not have the privilege to choose who and where to reincarnate. Our soul may reincarnate on Earth or another world, as a male or female, healthy or handicap, rich or poor, in any skin colour or most importantly, into a family that prays to The CREATOR or not. Regardless, he or she will not remember their previous lives. They will also not carry the burden or sins from their previous life, as they will start out on a clean slate. However, they may undergo the examination that they failed in past lives. Past life regression is a technique that is able to bring out previous lives experiences from our subconscious mind. Similarly, our soul will keep track of all the good and bad deeds we committed in our life, and we will be judged accordingly upon death. The CREATOR does not need to judge us. We can only leave “The Vicious Cycle of Reincarnation” to go to Heaven if we pray to The CREATOR and practise the Spiritual Guidelines.

Our Baitiangong Spiritual Meditation is the highest form of meditation because we surrender our mind, body and soul to The CREATOR. Many people, Baitiangong or non-Baitiangong had experienced their soul leaving their body and travelled to Heaven or Hell. When a person gets up from meditation, but saw that their body is still sitting cross-legged in a meditative position; they should come to a realisation that it is their soul that is staring back at their own body.  The main purpose of meditation is to assist us in the realisation of our soul. Xian Sheng reminded us never to meditate by ourselves without the presence of at least two Baitiangong Elders or ACCs appointed to conduct it. There are certain dangers like our soul losing its way in the maze of dimensions without their assistance to guide us back.

REALISATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF 

HEAVEN, HELL AND THE VARIOUS DIMENSIONS

If we accept that man has a soul, and our soul bears the consequences of our actions while undergoing our examination in life, where will our soul go upon death? 

There are a few possibilities: Heaven, Hell, Limbo and the Earth Plane. Some souls may even be reincarnated immediately.

Heaven

Heaven is a spiritual plane that all the souls that passed their examination in life go to and become saints. It is a place of perpetual happiness, peace and pleasure. Heaven is far more spectacular and breathtaking than we can ever imagine. Some brothers and sisters testified that the roads are paved with gold, diamonds and other precious stones. The trees and flowers are vibrant with vivid colours that are alive. Even the grass will envelope you and caresses you to sleep. The streams and rivers are filled with water that will automatically bathe you when you step into them and dry up when you step out of them. Any food that you desire to eat will appear before you.

Heaven is limitless. It does not have a top or a bottom. If we pray to The CREATOR with our mind, body and soul, we fear nothing except The CREATOR, we practise to become a “Whole Man”, we perform fasting consistently and preach Baitiangong to others, our soul could go to the higher planes in Heaven. In the higher planes, we do not even have to eat food for eating is a pleasure that is negligible there. Anything we desire can appear by thought alone. The saints in Heaven continue to pray to The CREATOR and conduct spiritual discussions. Saints can progress to the higher planes as they develop a deeper understanding of Baitiangong. We are more fortunate than the saints as we have more opportunities on Earth to gain more positive points. One of the best ways to gain positive points is to preach Baitiangong to others.

Xian Sheng constantly advised us to think about going to Heaven by doing our best to achieve praying to The CREATOR with our mind, body and soul, preach Baitiangong to our family, friends and others, perform fasting consistently and follow our Spiritual Guidelines. If we think of going to Heaven, where we will spend the rest of eternity, we will not be tempted by earthly values and materialistic gains like power, position, stature and wealth. These only serve us while we are living on Earth, as we cannot take them away with us to the afterlife. Life is short and time flies by so fast. Before you know it, your time will be up. If we have not accumulated enough positive points in life and pray to The CREATOR within the short span of time given to us, we may not even reach the lower planes of Heaven. We will then have to go through “The Vicious Cycle of Reincarnation” and may not get another chance like now, to pray to The CREATOR.

Hell

Hell is a spiritual plane for those that failed their examination in life. Praying to The CREATOR is only a passport to Heaven, as going to Heaven requires that we gain positive points in our life’s examination. However, if a follower commits more sin than doing good deeds, he or she will still have to suffer in Hell for those sins, regardless whether he or she prays to The CREATOR or not.

What most of us envisage Hell to be is mild, as the punishment and suffering in Hell is far more extreme than what we could ever imagine. There are cases of brothers and sisters who have visited Hell during meditation who cried out in fear. In one particular meditation, a non-Baitiangong man who said Xian Sheng and the followers were just putting on a show, was sent to see Hell by Xian Sheng and after that meditation, continued to shiver in fear for a whole week until Baitiangong followers brought him to seek Xian Sheng’s forgiveness and Xian Sheng removed that fear from him. Although he was of big build and a daring man to challenge Xian Sheng, even the horrors of Hell were too much for him.

Every sin committed in life is punished separately, and the severity of the punishment depends upon the degree of that sin. For example, those who lied would find themselves cutting their tongue with a knife that is held by their own hand. Those who stole would find themselves chopping off their hand. In Hell, the soul is no longer intangible as when it was on Earth. Instead, it will have the full consciousness to experience mental and physical pain until it faint from agony. It will awaken soon after, to find itself repeating the same action again for hundreds or even thousands of years, depending on the degree of their sin. On Earth, our physical body can get numb to pain, but in Hell, the conscious sensation of pain is the same every single time. If we do not want to control our hands to do good in life, we will have no control over our hands in Hell and our hands will be used instead to punish us for our sins.

Limbo

Limbo is a spiritual plane where a person that has done more good deeds than sin in life goes to if they did not pray to The CREATOR. Limbo is a plane for the soul to realise the existence of The CREATOR, accept The CREATOR and pray to The CREATOR. If the soul is able to do that, then it will go to Heaven. Otherwise, the soul will be reincarnated again. This Earth plane could be your limbo and all you have to do is to pray to The CREATOR.

The Earth Plane

Roaming Souls or more popularly called ghosts occupies spiritual dimensions known as the Earth Plane on our planet and therefore, cannot be seen by us. However, some people can see roaming souls, as their eyesight’s vibration is compatible with them. Most would report seeing horrible spectres because of the extreme sufferings the roaming soul endures. Roaming souls have committed a serious sin by ending their examination in life by committing suicide that they do not deserve to go to Hell immediately. They are left on the Earth plane to suffer for thousands of years. People who died, but are so full of hatred to the extent of taking revenge upon their deaths are also doomed to be roaming souls. Roaming souls exist alongside of us, but are unable to do the things they once did when they were alive. They can see people, but cannot interact with them and therefore, experience extreme loneliness and rejection. They can see food, but cannot eat or drink and therefore experience extreme pangs of hunger. However, they can experience the pains from people bumping into them, the searing heat of the sun and cold of winters, the rain and all other environmental factors. They will also experience how they died multiple times over. For example, people that commit suicide by hanging from a rope will find themselves pulling the noose over their head again and again to experience the pain of dying countless times. Eventually, after very long periods of suffering on the Earth plane, they will be able to go to Hell for further punishment for their sins in their lifetime. 

REALISATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF THE CREATOR

A logical question to ask if we have realised the existence of Heaven, Hell, Limbo and the various dimensions is, who created them?

Although man has the free will to choose between their good consciousness and evil consciousness, they also have GOD’s consciousness and know that a Supreme Being exists. The CREATOR can easily endow man with a predetermined consciousness, and man will automatically realise and pray, if The CREATOR so desires, but our examination in life requires us to use our analytical mind and logical thinking to realise the existence of The CREATOR. In the early years after the creation of man, man knows how to kneel down and pray. However, as time passes, man’s consciousness departs further and further away from GOD’s consciousness. Superstition becomes the prevailing force as mysterious events, including natural disasters, were beyond their abilities to understand and control. Man started to perform many rituals, including sacrifice to appease these unseen forces and over time, these rituals and belief systems formed religion.

Messengers and Disciples of The CREATOR came to our world to be born as human to help guide man’s consciousness back to GOD’s consciousness. However, history taught us that man’s consciousness strayed away from GOD’s consciousness again after their departure. That is why there are not even 1% of people in the world that prays to The CREATOR with their mind, body and soul. Xian Sheng told us that Baitiangong brothers and sisters are amongst the less than 1% of people, and therefore, we are the luckiest people in the world.

Who is The CREATOR?

God is the general term that many religions refer to as their Supreme Being or deity(s). However, these Gods are not necessarily The CREATOR, as we understand in Baitiangong. The CREATOR is known to the Jews as Yahweh, the Christians as GOD the Father, the Muslims as Allah and to the Chinese people, Shang-Ti, Tien or Lao Tien Yeh. We address The CREATOR as Tiangong. 

What is The CREATOR?

The CREATOR is beyond any and all descriptions, as all the words in all the dictionaries in all the worlds cannot even describe The CREATOR. The CREATOR is all and more than that. We do not need to understand or describe The CREATOR; we just need to realise The CREATOR exist by understanding “The Five Realisations” and most importantly, pray to The CREATOR.

Where is The CREATOR?

Xian Sheng has searched the entire Nothingness and could not find The CREATOR. Therefore, Xian Sheng told us that The CREATOR is beyond GOD’s creation, i.e. beyond the universe, beyond Heaven and beyond Nothingness.

Why did The CREATOR create man?

It is The CREATOR’s pleasure to create man and put us through an examination in life. The beginning verses of our Prayer tell us that The CREATOR created Heaven and Hell and between these planes, all the various dimensions, including our universe. The Prayer continues with the creation of the five elements and the combination of all five, formed man. Man is placed on Earth to undergo our examination in life. The final verses of the Prayer loops back to the beginning of the Prayer with man choosing either to love GOD and be rewarded with Heaven or not to love GOD and be cast into Hell. Xian Sheng had explained countless times that The CREATOR does not need anything from us, and we understand from the Prayer that all of creation is created for man, therefore, we can appreciate that man is created because of The CREATOR’s pleasure.

How does The CREATOR create?

Creation is a consciousness. The CREATOR created all of creation by thought alone. The CREATOR did not use hands like a man to create. The creation of the universe happens simultaneously, but we explain the creation as follows for your easy comprehension: Nothingness, gases, life force energy, external life force energy, consciousness and matter. Nothingness is an endless void that has infinite dimension. Within Nothingness, all the gases were created. Life force energy caused the gases to move and collide with each other and enormous explosions ensued throughout Nothingness. External life force energy ensures that the explosions resulted in the gases forming all matter like suns, moons, planets and other celestial bodies in the universe; while on Earth, the five elements formed everything in our planet, including man. Consciousness gave all matter their purposes according to The Divine Law of Nature. Astronomers are unable to see the far reaches of our universe while scientists who study quantum mechanics are still searching for sub atomic particles, demonstrates the enormity and complexity of Creation. Creation is still an ongoing process with new star systems continually being formed in outer space. The Big Bang Theory and the Theory of Evolution can never be proven scientifically and are merely theories propounded by the atheist to disapprove the existence of The CREATOR.

Proof of the existence of The CREATOR is all around us. The strong anthropic principle suggests that all observations made in our physical universe shows that the universe’s fundamental constants happen to fall within the narrow range compatible with life. It is as if the universe is compelled to ensure that man will be able to survive on our planet. As explained above in the Creation process and also the fourth line of our Prayer, all of GOD’s creation has GOD’s consciousness and will follow the Divine Law of Nature to ensure that man can undergo our examination in life. Ultimately, we must make use of our own consciousness, i.e. our analytical mind, logical thinking and reasoning abilities to go beyond the material and physical world we live in to understand the immaterial or spiritual world that awaits us upon death. As this is understandably a difficult process with the huge amount of information and misinformation out there, Xian Sheng gave us “The Five Realisations” to guide us to eventually realise the existence of The CREATOR, and pray to The CREATOR so that we can save our soul and be rewarded with a place in Heaven.

五个实感之简介

当随着我们年龄的增长而逐渐成熟，我们开始思考以下问题“人生的目的何在？”如果我们重新审视和理解先生的教导，他是不断的在提醒我们“人在生是考试，人去世是永生”。当然我们会意识到其中是有着它某种深奥的意义。为此，让我们以拜天公五个实感的角度来探讨人活着是为了什么？

“人在生是考试，人去世是永生”这句话看似充满矛盾性的，因为当你去世了就不可能生存。答案就在神圣的世界，如果我们接受人类有灵魂，灵魂会一直存在，即使肉体已死亡。那么，我们所说“人去世是永生”这句话是有道理的。接下来的问题是“灵魂存在哪里？”当我们了解五个实感后，它不仅解答了这问题，而且还引导我们去到最终极的问题“主是否存在？”

拜天公五个实感如下：-

1）感觉的实感

2）自身的实感

3）实感到有灵魂的存在 

4）实感到有天堂，地狱以及其它界线的存在

5）实感到有天公（宇宙万物的创造者/主）的存在。

我们要接受和了解五个实感，它能协助我们成功人生的考试到天堂。

感觉的实感

何谓感觉？

“灵感”是感觉的中心。而“灵感、肉体、灵魂”是三个独立的个别体。这意味着主流科学所提出感觉不是由大脑所产生。这就是为什么大脑和感觉之间的关系仍然是一个持续的辩论。

感觉通常被描述为意识状态。意识就是我们的情绪、情感和想法。我们的存在即是说​​我们还活着在这个世界上、在这宇宙中，最终我们将会去世的。

感觉有多少类型？

内在的感觉：它是我们个人的思想、观念、认知、情感以及身体的感受。

[情感：如欢乐、悲伤、爱、仇恨、愤怒、恐惧等。]

[身体的感受：如疼痛、乐趣、温暖、寒冷等。]

外在感觉：它可以来自灵感、神圣的指引、预知、声音或甚至从他人的形式出现。对于外在的感觉，我们可能会在完全清醒下接收到。它也可以在梦中，俗称超感官知觉（ESP）、预感、打坐和神圣启示中得到。

天公的感觉：它存在于整个宇宙，所有生命形式的物质，天公的感觉就像是一个基本程序让宇宙万物遵从。在我们的日常生活中，可以观察到有主的感觉在运作，它命名为自然规律、物理定律、热力学定律、能量守恒的法则、万有引力定律、量子力学、静电的定律等的定律名称。天公的感觉确保从最大的[如太阳]至到最小的[如原子粒]的自然规律运作着，它们是配合人类在地球上生存。所有的创造物是遵从天公赋予固定的感觉运作，而人类却拥有“自由的感觉”去选择。

人与人各自的感觉合起来就是超凡的感觉。每一个人有不同的思想、观念和意见，可谓题材广泛。因此，超凡的感觉是一种混合体的感觉来自所有个人的欲望。

例如：先生要我们向天公祈求男女比率是1:1.2的比例，因为这是最佳的平衡点，以保持社会和谐。如果我们保持这种感觉，那么，超凡的感觉显然是让男女比率为1:1.2的比例。以超凡的感觉祈求天公，就是天公的感觉。若天公赐予此感觉，由此产生的影响将是1男对1.2女的比例。但是，如果所有个人的感觉合起来之超凡的感觉均为负面性，那么，由此产生天公的感觉传达给我们所有的人也将是负面性的。

就如先生曰“如果你要做好，天公让你做更多好，如果你要做坏，天公让你做更多坏。”然而，我们可以以灵感的分析和逻辑的思考拒绝负面的感觉，因为我们有自由选择的权利。

良知是最重要的感觉，我们必须意识到并承认它是天公只赐给人类的。目的是让我们经历“人在生是考试，人去世灵魂是永生”的过程。这也是人与动物的区别。通常良知是解释为他内心去明辨是非和区分善与恶。就如俗语说“人是你、鬼又是你、仙也是你”恰如其分地描述人。我们有好与坏的感觉、从内或外的感觉，它们都会影响我们的决定。最终的选择将断定我们人生的考试结果。

自身的实感

一个全球定位系统（GPS），它需要知道你现在的位置才能规划路线，然后告诉你如何到达目的地。同样的，如果我们不意识到：你是谁、你是什么、何时离开残酷的轮回、你在哪里、为何存在以及如何生活，那我们将不知道如何规划我们的人生。一个穷人可能会认为他一生的途径是赚钱，而一个富有的人可能会认为他一生的道路是为了赚取更多的钱。如果穷人和富人没有意识到他们正在进行“人生的考试”。这也意味着他们为了钱可能会导致走向地狱的道路。但是，如果穷人或富人都知道他是谁、他是什么、何时离开残酷的轮回、在哪里、为何存在以及如何生活，那么，他们的人生路将可能迈向天堂的道路。

你是谁？

你是天公的创造物之一。“达尔文的进化论”不是事实，人不是从猿类进化而成的——作为无神论者，他们想要我们相信天公没有创造人类。

事实上，天公创造了七对不同肤色的人类，即是：白色、黑色、黄色、棕色、红色、绿色和紫色。但绿色和紫色皮肤的人绝迹了。

你是什么？

我们是由三种个别体“灵感、肉体、灵魂”所组成。灵感是外来的，当收到外来的感觉与我们内在的感觉合在一起，就知晓我们是人。人是由“金木水火土”五大元素所组成肉体。灵魂是一个能量，它是永恒的。我们的肉体犹如一辆车让灵魂在人间经历人生的考试。

何时离开残酷的轮回?

我们大多数人都是脱离不了残酷轮回的圈。当我们人生的考试失败，我们的灵魂就会经历数百次，甚至数千次的轮回投胎。如果我们现在还不开始去了解有天公的存在和拜天公，我们可能会失去机会以及要再次经历残酷的轮回。直至得到另一个重新投胎的机会为止。

你在哪里？

天文学告诉我们说，我们居住在地球上，地球是我们的太阳系的第三颗行星。我们的太阳系位于银河系猎户臂。天文学家估计银河系中有一百到4千亿颗恒星。而在我们的银河系和整个宇宙间都有外星人存在。他们也一样要经历人生的考试。假设我们以为人在这个宇宙中是唯一高智慧的生命体，那我们就是自以为是和傲慢自负了。因为外星人也驾驶他们的飞船，去寻找宇宙万物的创造者。

你为什么存在？

我们的存在是因为天公的愉悦。天公赋予我们有思想在这世界上，我们是万物之灵。在人生的考试中，自由选择自己的人生道路。我们能够意识到天公的存在，它是超越了科学的数据和事实的推理，所以我们要拜天公，为了我们的灵魂能够走向天堂之路。

你该如何生活？

我们应该遵从神圣规则作为我们生活上的指南。天公并没有要求我们拜祂，而是先生为了引导我们的灵魂走向天堂，叫我们拜宇宙万物的创造者——天公。拜天公是天堂的通行证。先生给我们的神圣规则，帮助和指导我们走向天堂之路。我们必须立志以灵感，肉体，灵魂拜天公，成为一个拜天公的人，即是全人。全人就是做一个政治、经济、社交、文化以及神圣的人。

自身的实感必定要有配备更多的知识关于：你是谁？你是什么？何时离开残酷轮回？你在哪里？为什么存在以及该如何生活？这是一个开始的旅程让我们走向天堂的道路。我们必须使用灵感的分析和逻辑的思考，并从神圣规则中寻求指引。因为我们的决定将会协助我们选择去天堂或地狱的道路。如果我们的人生选择做好，天公会让我们更多的机会做好；但如果我们选择邪恶，天公会让给我们去做更多邪恶的机会。在我们的生活中，选择好的感觉似乎显得是简单和逻辑的。不幸的是，人本身容易动心于人间的物质：如权力、职位、地位、知名度和豪华的生活：财富、物业、大房子、豪华轿车等身外之物。当我们在生活中追求欲望而得不到时，无形中会导致我们有消极的想法，表现出恐惧、自私、贪婪、自负、骄傲、偏见、虚荣和悲观。在我们的神圣规则第四，教导我们要启发正面的自我，那就是要实践牺牲、敬畏、敬重、忍耐、决心和信用。

实感到有灵魂的存在

 “肉体是真，灵魂是逼真”

“肉体是真”我们可以很容易理解：当我们身体受到伤害时，身体会感到疼痛；当我们没有吃饭时，我们会感觉到饥饿；当我们运动时身体会感到疲惫；如果我们没有照顾我们的健康，我们就会生病。然而，没有任何可观测的物理症状或效果来确定我们人类有灵魂。但是有许多文件记录证实在濒死体验（NDE），脱体体验（OOBE），由伊恩·史蒂文森博士对儿童轮回投胎的研究和由布赖恩韦斯博士进行过去生活复原的实验都提出我们是有灵魂以及灵魂会经历轮回投胎。

灵魂是一种能量，它与我们的肉体联锁（interlock）着，让我们经历人生的考试。当肉体临床死亡时，灵魂与身体的联锁将被切断，而灵魂将会离开肉体到神圣的界线去。那些自杀的人以及去世后寻求报复的灵魂，即犯了一个严重的罪并将成为一个无主孤魂被留在球面受苦。很多人不知道鬼其实就是无主孤魂。然而，他们在球面上经历一段很长时间受苦后，无主孤魂会离开球面到地狱去承受更多的苦，以承担他们在过去的人生考试中所做的过错。

在拜天公的了解关于残酷的轮回，就是说灵魂被困在不停地重复投胎里——肉体的死亡，灵魂到地狱受苦之后再投胎。对于民间一般的信仰，灵魂是经历了轮回去体验生活，改善前生或因果报应，其实这是不正确的。真正的是灵魂要经历轮回，原因是他失败于人生的考试。在他的灵魂未再次投胎之前，他为人时所犯下的罪必须要在地狱遭受惩罚。有时，一个灵魂可以立即投胎。但我们的灵魂可没有选择的特权要成为谁和在哪里投胎。我们的灵魂可能投胎在这个地球上或另一个世界上，成为男性或女性，健康或残疾，贫穷或富有，甚至任何一种肤色。最重要的是否生长在拜天公的家庭？无论如何，他或她都不记得自己的前生。所以，他们也将不会背负前生的罪来投胎，他们将从新开始他的人生。然而，他们必须经历人生的考试。

有些可以经过催眠唤起前生的记忆，知晓他们前生的生活经历。从我们下意识保留其所有的回忆。同样，在我们生活中的所作所为，我们的灵魂将记录所有的好与坏，去世后将由神圣审判自己，天公不需要审判我们。如果我们遵从拜天公的神圣规则去拜天公，我们必将会离开残酷的轮回到天堂。

拜天公的神圣打坐是最高形式的打坐，因为我们把自己的灵感，肉体和灵魂交给了天公。许多人，拜天公或非拜天公者都有经验过灵魂离体到天堂或地狱去。当一个人从坐着打坐站起来并且看见自己正在坐着打坐，他们会意识到自己的灵魂正在盯着自己的肉体。打坐的主要目的就是实感到有灵魂的存在。先生提醒我们不可私自打坐，打坐时必须要有至少两位被委任的拜天公长老或顾问看管下方可进行。由于打坐有它一定的危险性，这是避免打坐时灵魂离体后不能回到本身的肉体。

实感到有天堂、地狱以及其它界线的存在

如果我们接受人是有灵魂的，在我们人生考试中的所作所为，灵魂将会承担所有后果。那去世过后我们的灵魂将会去哪里？有几种可能的去向：天堂、地狱、灵界、球界或立即投胎。

天堂

天堂是一个神圣的界线：它是让那些在人生考试中成功的灵魂在天堂为仙。这是永恒的享乐，和平和快乐的界线。天堂是无比壮观和超越我们所能想象的。曾经有兄弟姐妹透过神圣的打坐经历天堂后告诉我们那里有黄金、钻石和其它宝石铺成道路；花草树木都是充满活力而生动和色彩鲜艳的，就连青草会围绕着你及爱抚你入睡；当你进入溪流和河流，满盈的水会自动替你洗澡，而当你离开时，你的身体会自然的干起来；你想吃的任何食物，将会如愿地出现在你面前。

天堂是无限的，它无顶亦无底。如果我们以灵感、肉体、灵魂拜天公，除了天公，万事不怕不忌。实践成为一个全人，我们履行禁饮禁食以及宣传他人拜天公，那么，当我们去世后，我们的灵魂将可以去到更高的地位在天堂。在那里，我们的享受是不需要吃东西，进食的天堂层面是微不足道的；以我们的意念就可以创造任何我们想要的东西；仙在天堂都是拜天公和有进行神圣讨论，只要仙不停地深一层去了解拜天公的真理，仙是可以获得去到更高的地位在天堂。其实我们比仙更幸运，因为我们在地球上有更多的机会获得加分。取得加分的最佳途径之一，就是宣传拜天公。

先生不断地劝告我们要想着去天堂，我们必须以灵感、肉体、灵魂拜天公，宣传拜天公给家人，朋友及其他人。我们要定时禁饮禁食和遵从拜天公的神圣的规则处事待人。如果我们想着到天堂享永生，我们就不会被尘世间的物质享受所引诱，比如权力、地位、身份和财富等。这些诱惑只有在我们生活在地球上的时候为我们带来帮助，因为当我们去世后我们是不能把它们带走的。生命是短暂的并且时间飞逝。在我们还没意识到之前，我们的时间可能已经到了。如果我们还没有积累足够的加点及拜天公的时间又短绌的话，我们可能甚至无法达到最底层的天堂。那我们将必须再次经过残酷的轮回，到时可能不会像现在这样能够拥有拜天公的机会。

地狱

地狱是让那些在人生的考试失败的灵魂去的神圣界线。拜天公是去天堂的通行证。但我们必须在人生的考试中取得加点。但是，如果一个拜天公的信徒犯罪多于做好事，不管他是拜天公与否，他们必将到地狱受苦。

我们大多数的人以为地狱的刑罚和受苦是温和的，其实它的刑罚和受苦比我们所想象的更为残酷。曾经有兄弟姐妹在打坐时去到地狱，其灵魂非常害怕地哭起来。在某次的打坐中，有一个非拜天公者说先生与我们合谋做戏给他们看，先生就让他打坐去地狱，他害怕至发抖持续了一个星期，直到拜天公的信徒带他向先生求原谅，先生才消除他的恐惧。他才从恐惧中走出来。虽然他个子大和胆子大来挑战先生，然而地狱的恐怖令到他吓破胆。 

在生时所犯的罪是分别处罚，处罚的严重程度取决于该罪刑的等级。例如说谎者将会举起自己的手用小刀切割自己的舌头。偷窃者会自己砍掉他们自己的手。他们将有充分的意识体验到极度痛苦而昏厥。醒后又再重复同样的动作，一次又一次地不停受刑直至数百甚至数千万年，关于需要受刑多久是取决于他们的罪多少。我们的肉体是能够以麻醉神经制止痛苦，但灵魂是神圣能量和自觉疼痛的感觉每一次都是一样的。如果我们不要控制自己的双手去做好，我们将在地狱里无法控制我们的手为我们的罪去接受惩罚。

灵界

灵界是一个神圣界线：是让非拜主者在他们的人生考试中，做好多过做坏而去的界线。目的是让他们实感到有天公的存在，接受天公和拜天公。如果在灵界的灵魂接受和拜天公的话就可以去天堂。不然就会再次轮回投胎。这球面可能是你的灵界，你所要做的就是要拜天公。

球界

球界是属於地球上的一个界线，它是让无主孤魂受刑的界线，一般上人俗称无主孤魂为鬼。我们大多数人都无法看见他们的，然而有些人的眼电波配合无主孤魂的电波导致能够看到他们。大多数看见过无主孤魂的人都说无主孤魂是恐怖可怕的，因为他们是经历极度痛苦煎熬的受苦。成为无主孤魂是因为他们在人生的考试中犯下很严重的罪，那是以自杀结束生命，他们不能立即去地狱受苦。必须留在球面上受刑千万年。另外，一个去世后充满仇恨而寻求报复的人，这也注定他成为无主孤魂。

无主孤魂存在我们的四周，但他们都无法像人一样。即使他们可以看到人，但不能与他们进行交互，因此他们要经历极度的孤独和排斥。他们可以看到食物，但不能吃或喝，为此要经历极度饥饿的痛苦煎熬。而且他们被人撞到时也感到痛楚，灼热的阳光和寒冷的冬天，雨天和所有其它环境因素也一样令到他们无比的痛苦。对于吊颈自杀者，他们还要不停地体验他们怎样的死法：例如用一根绳子挂在颈上，不停地绞索拉一次又一次地经历无数次死亡的痛苦。最终，经过很长时间的受苦于球面上，他们才能去地狱进行处罚于人间所做错事的罪。

实感有天公的存在

一个合乎逻辑的问题“如果我们已经实感到有天堂、地狱，灵界和其它界线的存在，那么这些是谁创造的呢？”

虽然人有自由选择好的感觉或坏的感觉，他们也有天公的感觉，也知道有一个至高无上的主宰者存在。如果宇宙万物的创造者——天公有意愿要赋予人类具有天公的固定感觉，那么人类必定会自动知晓有天公的存在和自动拜天公。但是我们的人生考试中，我们必须以灵感的分析和逻辑的思考来实感有天公的存在。在天公创造人的初期，人是知道如何跪拜天公的。但是，随着时间的变迁，人离开天公的感觉越来越远。迷信将成为当时的力量以及神秘的现象，包括自然灾害，超出了他们的能力去了解和控制。人开始举行许多仪式包括牺牲来安抚这些看不见的力量，并随着时间的转移，这些仪式和信仰体系就形成了宗教。

天公的使者和徒弟来到我们这个世界，出生为人来帮助我们人的感觉回到主的感觉。历史告诉我们，当天公的使者和徒弟教导人类以正确方式拜主，经过短暂的时间后，人的感觉会再次乖离主的感觉。这就是为什么在这球面没有“1％的人”以灵感、肉体、灵魂拜主。而先生告诉我们拜天公的兄弟姐妹已纳入这不到“1％的人”里面，因此，我们是世界上最幸运的人。

谁是宇宙万物的创造者？

主是许多宗教用来称他们的最高的主宰或神明。但这些神不一定是宇宙万物的创造者。在拜天公里我们了解，犹太人称造物主为“耶和华”，基督徒称主为“天父”，穆斯林称主为真主“阿拉”，中国人称主为“上帝”、“天”或“老天爷”。而我们称宇宙万物的创造者为“天公”。

什么是宇宙万物的创造者——天公？

宇宙万物的创造者是超越一切的，在世界上所有的字典中所有的字句都无法描述天公。天公是一切以及超越一切。我们不需要去了解或描述天公，我们只需以五个实感来实感到有天公的存在，而最重要的是跪拜宇宙万物的创造者-天公。

宇宙万物的创造者——天公在哪里？

先生搜索整个空界都找不到天公。因此，天公是在祂的创造以外，即超越宇宙，超越天堂和超越空界，即是说天公在空以外以及超越一切。

为什么宇宙万物的创造者——天公创造人类？

天公创造人类，让人类经历人生的考试是天公的愉悦。根据我们拜天公的经文前段解释，天公创造天堂和地狱以及种种界线：日、月、球、星等，包括我们的宇宙，接着创造金、木、水、火、土，而这五大元素合起来就是人。而人就在地球上经历人生的考试。然而，在拜天公的经文后段让我们知道，如果我们爱天公，天公会赐福我们到天堂去享永生；反之，如果我们不爱天公，我们将会去地狱受苦。先生无数次的解释说，天公根本什么都不需要我们的，而从拜天公的经文里，我们明白所有的创造物是配合人类的生存。人类被创造是为了天公的喜悦，因此我们必须感激天公。

宇宙万物的创造者——天公是如何创造？

创造是一个感觉，天公只需“一想”所有的宇宙万物即存在。天公不像人类用手去创造，天公的创造是“一想”，然后全部创造物在一霎间就存在了，我们以这样的解说创造，主要的目的是让大家容易理解：天公创造空、空气、灵、灵气、灵感、感觉、万物、神圣自然的安排，所有的界线都在“空”里。在“空”里，天公创造种种不同的空气，但它们不会动，直至赐予灵让空气有生命。接着灵气令它们互相移动碰撞引起爆炸。最后灵感和感觉确定它们结合形成较重的物质，所有的物质按照神圣自然的安排，让它们变成太阳、月亮、行星和其它天体形成的星系。而地球上，金木水火土五行构成我们的星球上的一切，包括人在内。天文学家无法看到远至我们的宇宙，而科学家研究量子力学仍然在寻找亚原子粒子，论证创造的艰巨性和复杂性。创造仍然是一个持续的过程，新的恒星系统的形成在我们的太空、宇宙大爆炸理论，进化论永远不能被科学证明，仅仅是无神论者否决宇宙万物创造者存在的理论。

天公存在的证明就在我们身边围绕。最强而有力的人择原理也意味着所有在我们的宇宙物理的观测表明，宇宙的基本常数发生属于窄幅符合人的生活。这好像宇宙是被掌控为确保我们人类能够在这个星球上生存。正如上文所述在创造的过程中，也是在我们的拜天公经文里的第四行，所有天公的创造物都有天公的感觉。神圣自然的安排确保人类可以经历人生的考试。最终，我们必须运用我们自己的感觉，即是以灵感的分析，逻辑的思考和推理能力去超越我们生活中的物质和物质世界，去了解非物质或神圣的世界，它是等待着我们去世后要到的世界。由于那里有很多的知识以及误传的信息，所以可以理解到这是一个艰难的过程。先生给我们五个实感来指导我们，最终实感到有天公的存在和拜天公，因此可以得到天公赐福我们的灵魂到天堂去享永生。

When we pray to the Creator, what do we pray for?

当我们拜天公时，我们需要向天公祈求什么？

When we pray, we seek the Creator’s blessings for our brothers and sisters to pray to the Creator with their mind, body and soul, for them to be more spiritually aware while practicing to be a whole man, pray for their daily safety, their good health, their success in life and their wishes to be granted.

当我们拜天公时，我们会向天公祈求赐福给兄弟姐妹们以灵感、肉体、灵魂拜天公，希望天公赐福，让他们做到具备神圣，成为全人，并祝福他们出入平安、身体健康、做事顺利、万事如意等等。

How do we “Chook Fook”?

我们如何进行祝福？

On 3rd of October, brothers and sisters in white attire will congregate at a selected venue. We start by singing the song of the Prayer. We then pray for the Creator’s blessings for everyone before departing. Brothers and sisters are grouped according to their residential areas. Upon arrival, we sing the song of the Prayer to let them know that we have arrived. After singing, we pray for the Creator’s blessings for the family. We will present our anniversary card to the family and spend some time sharing the latest information or to renew our relationship. Light refreshment is sometimes prepared by the host family but this is optional. The Prayer will be sung once more before leaving to visit the next family.

十月三日祝福日当天，兄弟姐妹会身穿白色衣服聚集在指定场所，齐唱经文歌后便集体拜天公祝福给全部兄弟姐妹。接着大家分区出发到每一个兄弟姐妹的住所去祝福。每抵达各家各户，我们都与该家庭成员齐唱经文歌一遍，接着拜天公祈求天公赐福予他们。我们会献上一张贺年卡及祝贺他们，大家借此机会交流一番联系感情，逗留的时间随意。各家庭可以选择性准备食物以及饮品招待到访者。离开前，大家再次齐唱经文歌一遍。

Why do we have to “Chook Fook” for every family?

为何我们要逐户祝福给兄弟姐妹呢？

Baitiangong is akin to a big family where everyone is a brother and sister, thus we have to seek the Creator’s blessings for all.

拜天公如同一个大家庭，大家都是兄弟姐妹，所以我们互相祝福以期天公的赐福。

每年十月份禁食禁饮

           October is a spiritual month for us and all brothers and sisters are required to fast at least once for 24 hours continuously without food and water within this month. This spiritual month is a good time for us to discard our bad habits and to be a person who can change for the better.

                Some brothers and sisters may choose to fast for 72 hours continuously without food and water. This is however not compulsory.

                When man was first created, they did not know how to eat and drink for the first 72 hours. We fast for 72 hours to let the Creator know that we have not forgotten the existence of God.

    The main purpose for us to fast 72 hours continuously is to request for the Creator’s consciousness to remain amongst mankind. When this is so, mankind would not be evil. For an example, the Divine Law of Nature is part of the Creator’s Consciousness: if a person is thinking of committing some evil deeds, the Divine Law of Nature will grant good consciousness to this person to stop the evil thoughts from manifesting.

      十月份乃是我们的神圣月份，兄弟姐妹在这个月份内必须实行至少一次廿四小时禁食禁饮。这个月份是新的开始，让我们把不良的嗜好和行为改掉，做个知错必改的人。

       一些兄弟姐妹更是实行长达七十二小时的禁食禁饮，但非强制性。

       当天公开始创造人类时，首七十二小时并不懂得吃和喝。而我们禁食禁饮七十二小时是要让天公知道我们并没有忘记主的存在。

       禁食禁饮七十二小时主要目的是不要让天公的感觉离开我们太远。当天公的感觉在人群中，我们人类就不会这样坏，比如说，神圣自然安排是天公的感觉之一，如果有一个人想要做坏，神圣自然安排会给他一个好的感觉，以致他停止想坏。

Fasting every 1st and 15th day of the Lunar calendar

农历初一、十五禁食禁饮

                Apart from the once in a year compulsory fasting, we are also encouraged to perform an optional 24 hours continuous fasting on the 1st and 15th day of the lunar calendar. By fasting regularly, we can improve our health and control our emotions. We eat to provide nutrition for our body, we read to provide knowledge for our mind and we fast to provide spiritual enlightenment for our soul.

       除了一年一次必须履行禁食禁饮以外，兄弟姐妹也受鼓励在农历月初一及十五禁食禁饮廿四小时。我们经常禁食禁饮，可强身健体及平和情绪。我们进食以提供养分给身体、阅读以提供知识给思维、禁食禁饮以提供神圣启发给灵魂。

Fasting Fund Donation

禁食禁饮慈善捐款

           Every year on 4th of October we will invite charitable organization to participate in our celebration and we will donate the money collected from the fasting fund to them. The fasting fund is raised from brothers and sisters who have fasted for 24 hours continuously without food or water. The amount donated from each brother and sister is the same regardless of their financial status. Although the donation amount is not significant, the fasting is of profound significance.

       每年的十月四日，我们都会邀请慈善机构前来参与这项盛会，并将收到的禁食禁饮善款捐给他们。我们的善款都是兄弟姐妹们实行廿四小时禁食禁饮后所捐出。无视各人的经济水平，每个人所捐的善款数额都是一律的。虽然我们的捐款不多，但禁食禁饮的意义深长。
